Every time we did this it worked with no issues … at least until the next time something disappeared. The easiest solution to this problem was simply to quit the game to the main menu, and reopen it. Most of the time, this meant we couldn’t actually make progress in the mission, so it’s definitely a bug that we had to solve, rather than just play around. One minute the objective marker, designed to point you toward the next step in your mission, is there, and the next it’s gone. This was probably the bug we experienced most often in Borderlands 3.

But in case they haven’t, we’ve put together a few helpful tips to help you figure out if you’re experiencing a bug and how to fix it if you are.
